The Story

This wonderful cactus is Mamillaria gracilis part of a huge family of very hardy cacti. The 'Arizona snowcap' is so named due to the fluffy little spines which resemble tiny snowballs. The stems are green and grow in a clumping formation. They need very infrequent re-potting and will be happy once planted for years before needing to be re-planted.

RATING- Super Easy

LOVES- Water every 10-14 days throughout spring-autumn but reduce further in winter. Needs a sunny and bright position, but no longer than 4 hours of direct sun per day.

HATES- Do not mist. More likely to die from over-enthusatic care than neglect!

Pot diameter 8cm
